I do not know what to say. I accidentally deposited two times to the same address BTC. the second time was not recognized, so I wrote, as it is in the FAQ, the support on a ticket. Nu I wait for two weeks for an answer and nothing happens. I have also written several stories, after I've been waiting for a long time .... I do not understand it
