1 - The fact that a tiny percentage of users can not by-pass our captcha proves by itself that their setup and configuration is " unique enough " to leave certain finger-prints: it's certainly an issue for whoever is concerned by a super tight OPSEC
2 - Tails does not use the entry guards mechanism of Tor : it's a big no-no in terms of security one more time.
3 - On our side, giving more options or a bigger range-acceptance to our captcha algorithm would also compromise its original purpose at this point.
We feel sorry for all vendors or users experiencing issues while trying to login or register on our market, but at this point, we prefer not to compromise further on our preventive security measures
