I didnt get the chance because the ticket was closed as soon as you credited my balance and i didnt want to open another ticket and cause headaches just to say thanks. You guys are legends. There are no problems with your market,staff and admin. But technology cant always be so dependable. Awesome job.

I made two deposits but because the 1st didnt send the whole amount due to a malfunction with my wallet i had to make a 2nd transaction but instead of generating a 2nd bitcoin address i just sent it to the 1st address. Only one transaction showed up in my balance even though the 2nd transaction did register in my account. I raised a support ticket & within 24hrs tthe 2nd amount was refunded back into my balance. This was before i even made a single purchase. These guys tried to help but were unable so they escalated the ticket to admin. Admins first action was to instantly deposit the amount into my balance. Thank you Icarus support & admin. Went above & beyond what empire would of for a brand new level 1 buyer with no purchases. Anybody that says these guys cant be trusted is either lying or was on a phishing site. Anybody looking for the empire vendor T.P.F will find him on Icarus. He's the reason i signed up. Icarus rules.
