4yStay a way if you are looking for a market with a reactive support. I open mutiple tickets throughout the two previous month : none has been answer. I find it odd how Icarus Support answer all message when it's never about a problem.... but when it comes to me loosing money or being scammed by their v endors > obviously, nobody anymore..... Totally irresponsible

I am going to bring my stone to the wall :

I thought Icarus was one of the best market along with Big Blue and maybe Versus.... but I lost money on Icarus and unlike on the two other markets, the support didn't do the job to be honest.

I understand sometimes shit happens and money can vanish or some problem can occur.... but it has been more than 2 month now and I doubt Icarus support will ever make it back for me.

I have never asked them for money or compensation, but I wish they could simply have gotten back to me in a first place which they never did
