I've yet to receive a response from ANY support ticket raised. I made an error with receiving around $450 which could have been rectified instantly by their admin, in fact it's a service they say is easily rectifiable (in their FAQs) but it's cost me $450. Under different usernames I've tried to get a response but nothing. Bit of a scam I'd say.
