Not sure why this site is getting all the bad press. I've had nothing but good experiences with it. I think there is a lot of behind the scenes competition with the scrambling leftover markets all vying for empires place, and some markets resorting to sorry dirty review tactics. Anyway they get my vote!

Our captcha has been designed and created to mitigate spam and bots: surely not our intention to create problems users or whatsoever.
That being said, Big Blue's captcha is not " harder ", not " easier " to pass than any other; but it's human friendly unlike so many others around.
We have also made sure to adjust our captcha code and algorithm for TAIL's users that " suffer " from a resolution incompatibility / screen-size overlay interfering with our home-made system.
> Despite all these adjustments, it seems that a minority of TAIL's users ( only them are concerned so far ) are STILL experiencing issues with or without the box ticked
For all Tail user experiencing this issue, maybe you should simply consider giving-up on Tail while consider something more secure and more " mainstream " for few reasons:
RedCorner_BigBlue_Market - 4y1 - The fact that a tiny percentage of users can not by-pass our captcha proves by itself that their setup and configuration is " unique enough " to leave certain finger-prints: it's certainly an issue for whoever is concerned by a super tight OPSEC
2 - Tails does not use the entry guards mechanism of Tor : it's a big no-no in terms of security one more time.
3 - On our side, giving more options or a bigger range-acceptance to our captcha algorithm would also compromise its original purpose at this point.
We feel sorry for all vendors or users experiencing issues while trying to login or register on our market, but at this point, we prefer not to compromise further on our preventive security measures

Was a new user on Big Blue Market and had a lot of BItcoin stolen immediately before i even made a purchase, then the market locked me out of my own account after I was asking where my bitcoin was etc.

Dark market is a good market. You can't blame the market if you get stung by a bad vendor. Ive had a perfect experience with dark market. Some of these bad reveiws are almost word for word copies of reveiws put in ahainst other markets on onion.live. They should erase these dodgy reveiws which are almost identical except for the market they claim ripped them off. Trust in your own experience and do your research. Ive never been ripped off and ive been on most markets.
